What is therapy?
Supportive. Collaborative. Transformative.
Therapy is a process where you and I work together in a supportive and collaborative relationship to explore behaviors, thoughts, feelings and relationships. Through this exploration, therapeutic conversations can lead to greater awareness and insight, inner fulfillment, development of new skills and coping strategies, and maintaining healthier relationships.
Oftentimes, life gets tough and we may feel stuck; we are left feeling in need of a new, knowledgeable perspective that provides clarity, consideration, a better sense of understanding, and how to successfully address our discomforts. In these times of need there is something very special about forming a therapeutic relationship in the sense that, as your therapist, my sole purpose is to be there for you. I offer an environment that practices true non-judgement, empathy, and compassion to create a safe space in which deep reflection and transformation occur.
As we combine your openness to growth with my clinical training and personalized approach, we can navigate through difficult times and begin working towards the achievement of your goals – no matter how big or small.
